Because downloadable digital products can generally be accessed immediately, the final checkout page will state the applicable refund terms before purchase. Where a product is defective, inaccessible, materially different from its description, or delivered incorrectly, contact us so we can make it right.
Learning Studio products
Self-paced workshops and learning products may include streamed lessons, downloadable workbooks, templates and implementation resources. The final refund and access terms will be displayed at checkout and may vary by product or licence type.
Organization, advisor and network licences
Some North Stride products may be licensed for a single organization, professional/advisor use, or broader association/network use. The licence shown at purchase controls who may use, copy, share or apply the product.
Advisory engagements
Advisory services are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work or engagement agreement, including payment, rescheduling, cancellation and scope-change terms.
